T-CUT PP – Tubular modules for microfiltration
Especially for the filtration of abrasive media and applications under extreme conditions, CUT offers the high-quality and extremely robust T-CUT PP series for microfiltration. Extremely acidic or basic media in the pH range of 0 -14 are no problem for the T-CUT PP modules, making them ideal for use in the chemical industry or in metal production and processing, for example. The T-CUT PP pipe modules are manufactured exclusively from a single material (polypropylene) without any additions of potting resins, which enables a very long service life with extremely robust mechanical stability as well as long service lives. The symmetrically constructed PP diaphragm is particularly convincing wherever conventional compound diaphragms fail.

With our new range of extremely robust and high-quality T-CUT PP filters, finally we have improved what used to be the microfiltration market standard for more than 30 years. Designed to deliver in harsh operating conditions, e.g. for the filtration of abrasive media during glass or metal production, and with a guaranteed pH rage covered from 1-13, the new T-CUT PP filters open access to extreme applications.
Our evolved filter module type is capable of everything you are expecting – and adds the benefit of extended cleaning options! The unique, self-healing membrane structure is convincing where conventional composite membranes fail.
